In connection with the printing of the Hongkong Report for 1982, No.1203, (Harrow 15139), which was sent to press 18th July, it was necėgsstry on Thursday last (24th July) to instruct Harrow by telephone to suspend

operations for the moment in consequence of a complication that had arisen. The oint was settled and on Friday (25th

July I instructed Harrow to prosed with the printing off

of the Press copies.

I understand that you require this explanation as

the printer may render a claim for swapension of operations.
